Domestic Shipping At this time, Liv Free exclusively ships within the United States. We offer a flat-rate Ground Shipping fee of $5 for all orders.

Order Processing Each Formulation is prepared with intention. Orders are processed and released for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves the Studio, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Timelines & Liability Standard Ground Shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing windows may extend during high-volume cycles or due to carrier delays.

Once a package has left the Studio, the carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery timeline. Liv Free is not liable for shipments affected by carrier delays, transportation interruptions, or events beyond our control.

Sales Tax In accordance with state and local laws, sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping location.

Return Policy

Final Sale To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our small-batch Formulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on essential oils. All sales are considered final. We encourage you to use the Connect page if you have questions regarding a blend prior to purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Your clarity and satisfaction are our priority. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify the Studio within 7 days of delivery.
